Our Team
Richard R. Rodriguez, Attorney
Rick attended Law school at Northern Illinois University College of Law and has been licensed to practice since 1997. During that time he has dedicated the majority of his private practice to family law and has handled hundreds of cases. This has included taking many difficult cases to trial when necessary and negotiating amicable settlements whenever possible. He believes that the key to success is to be prepared to do both.
Rick is also a former prosecutor and is a certified Guardian Ad Litem as well as a Court approved Mediator.
Prior to opening his own firm, Rick worked for numerous reputable family law firms in the northern Illinois.
Rick is a U.S. Navy veteran and grew up in south Florida.
